As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will refund you promptly after receiving the returned goods, at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Goods carry a 24-month warranty. We will resolve your complaint within 30 days at the latest.
