These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between VOXBERG s.r.o. and the buyer in connection with the purchase of goods through the online store.

1. Basic Provisions

2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

The buyer orders goods through the online store. The buyer's order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

• Prices of goods are stated including VAT
• Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods
• The seller reserves the right to change prices

3. Payment Terms

The buyer may pay for the goods by the following methods:

• Online card payment
• Bank transfer to account SK04 1100 0000 0029 4945 8674 (Tatra banka, a.s.)
• Cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods

4. Delivery of Goods

The seller is obliged to deliver the goods within the agreed period. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from confirmation of the order. The goods are delivered to the address stated by the buyer in the order.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw from the contract, the buyer may use the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous communication.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

6. Complaints and Warranty

The goods are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months. The buyer is obliged to report defects of the goods without undue delay after discovering them. A complaint may be filed by e-mail or by post.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms take effect on 1 January 2025. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. Matters not governed by these Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of the Slovak Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Protection.
