These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between VOXBERG, s.r.o. and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store.

2. Order and Contract Conclusion

The buyer orders goods through the online store. The buyer's order is a proposal for a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

• Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods
• The seller reserves the right to change prices

3. Payment Terms

The buyer can pay for goods using the following methods:

• Online card payment
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery

4. Delivery of Goods

The seller is obliged to deliver the goods within the agreed period. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from order confirmation. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order.

5. Withdrawal Rights

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw from the contract, the buyer can use a model form or other unambiguous communication.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in original packaging, with complete accessories and proof of purchase.

6. Complaints and Warranty

The goods are subject to a statutory warranty of 24 months. The buyer is obliged to report defects in the goods without undue delay after their discovery. Complaints can be made by email or post.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms take effect on January 1, 2025. The seller reserves the right to change the Terms. Relationships not governed by these Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act.
