1. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2. Categories of Personal Data
- Name, surname, title
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Delivery address and billing address
- Order and payment data
- Website usage data (cookies, device and browser identifiers, customer number)
3. Retention Period
We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the periods laid down by legal regulations (e.g. accounting documents for 10 years). Data processed for marketing purposes are retained until consent is withdrawn.
4. Analytics and Advertising Tools
To measure website traffic and advertising performance we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel with the Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). These tools run only with the consent you give in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.
If you are a signed-in customer, we attach your internal customer number (User-ID) to the traffic data so that we can recognise your activity across devices and sessions. While you complete an order and after a purchase we may also pass your e-mail address, phone number, name and address to these providers, always only in hashed form (SHA-256) from which the original data cannot be recovered. The provider uses them solely to match against its own signed-in users for more accurate conversion measurement and the creation of advertising audiences (so-called enhanced conversions, user-provided data).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google and Meta may process the data outside the EU (USA); the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.
